Refund Policy

Arrival Immigration is an independent travel assistance service provider.

Refund requests are reviewed individually by our support team.

Refund Eligibility Refunds may be considered if:

1)the application has not yet entered processing

2)duplicate payments were made

3) the service could not be delivered due to a technical issue on our side.

Non-Refundable Situations Refunds will generally not be granted if:

a) processing has already started

b) incorrect or incomplete information was submitted by the customer

c) the customer changes travel plans after submission

d) the service has already been successfully delivered.

Government fees, where applicable, are non-refundable once submitted. Chargebacks Customers agree to contact our support team before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback. Our support team is available 24/7 to help resolve any issue quickly. Refund Processing Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take several business days depending on the payment provider or bank.
